So many festivals: Sacramento in August

Talk about wholesome: this weekend we visited the Multi-Cultural Festival (Elk Grove,) Our Street Night Market (Midtown,) the Curtis Fest (Curtis Park,) as well as the Sunday farmer's market in our own Southside Park neighborhood. We ate at some incredibly delicious food trucks (shout out to Masa Tacos and Kado's Asian Grill,) snacked on fresh produce, and hung out with the hardest working petting zoo animals in Northern California (more on that below.)

We meet this guy at a petting zoo on Saturday in Elk Grove, and then ran into him again the next day in Curtis Park! Apparently, he can handle many, many pets.

These baby goats were cute and snuggly!

Everything we sampled was so sweet, ripe and crisp that we had a entire wagon full of produce before we left the Southside Park Farmer's Market.

We were even able to get an hour at the Night Market before the baby's bedtime!
